EMDR Not Your Thing? No Problem!
While EMDR is my preferred method of treatment, I am also well-versed in a number of other interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, reality therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I provide individual, family, and group therapies to clients ages 9 and up who are coping with anxiety, stress, conflict, depression, school avoidance, or life transitions. I enjoy helping you to discover patterns that are no longer serving you, and I will work with you to find other ways to approach challenges and cope with life.
